Houston Ebony Opera Guild will present Christmas Concert on December 11

For nearly two decades, Westbury United Methodist Church has hosted Houston Ebony Opera Guild’s Annual Christmas Concert. The tradition continues in 2016 with a performance that will
Christmas Spirituals, excerpts from Handel’s Messiah, and other favorites.
This year, the Annual Houston Ebony Opera Guild (HEOG) Christmas Concert, “Home for Christmas,” will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Westbury United Methodist Church, 5200 Willowbend Boulevard, Houston 77096. Soloists and the HEOG Chorus will perform Christmas Spirituals arranged by Roland Carter and John Work in addition to other beloved Christmas music by Handel, Rutter, and others. Admission is free. However, donations will be gratefully accepted at the door.
